As an important solution to the rapid development of local economy,Technological tranfer promotes economic development of the Western Regions.Mobility of trained personnel is the most effective way of technological tranfer.Technological tranfer and mobility of trained personnel are affected by many factors which in return determine diversification of technological tranfer and mobility of trained personnel.Apart from optimizing environment and making preferential policies,advanced technology as well as talent of all sorts should be introduced in various ways in development of the Western regions of China.
