摘    要:本文试图通过对韦伯官僚制理论主要内容的介绍,结合中国现实状况,理论结合实践,从逻辑上分析为什么当前中国属于官僚制度化不足而非过渡,提出中国现阶段最紧迫的任务是结合自身国情,进一步健全国家公务员制度,试图通过分析国家公务员制度建设中存在的问题,继而探寻未来改革发展方向.

Abstract:The thesis intends to analyze why current China needs to put a further theoretically and practically. First of all, the author introduces the Bureaucrat Theory by Max Weber and the present situation in China. By combining the theory and practice,the author concludes that the most urgent task confronting current China is tocoplete its government functionary system. The author wants to find the right way to the successful reform in the future by exploring the problems in the current system.
