| 摘 要： | 资金是影响北京2008年奥运会能否顺利举办的重要因素.发挥租赁的作用,为筹办奥运会提供一种筹集资金的途径;防止出现奥运泡沫;降低筹办奥运的风险;并利用政策杠杆扩大民间投资.通过发挥租赁在筹办奥运会中的作用,规范和发展北京的租赁行业.

| Abstract: | Fund is one of the important factors to keep 2008 Olympic Games holding smoothly in Beijing. Leasing can provide an effective approach to raise fund for Olympic Games, prevent from Olympic Games bubble, reduce risks and increase non-governmental investment by policy leverage. It can also develop and conform the leasing sector of Beijing to the standard through giving full play to leasing in preparing for Olympic Games. |
