苏轼的“因物赋形”论

水是中国古典文学中一个具有母题性质的文学意象，苏轼对这一意象的基本认识可以归结为他的“因物赋形”说。在《东坡易传》中，苏轼对水作了深入的哲学阐释，他的“因物赋形”是以“柔外”与“刚中”的完美统一作为内在的精神实质。从“刚中，，的一面来说，主张顺性适意的自然之道；从“柔外”的角度来看，则主张在顺性适意前提下的不变之变，两方面结合才是苏轼的“因物赋形”说的全部意义。

Su Shi's Theory on the "Composing the Shape According to Thing"

Water is a literary image with mother nature in Chinese classical literature.Su shi sums up his understanding of the image to the saying "Composing the Shape According to Thing".In Dongpo Yizhuan,Su Shi has made deep philosophical explanation of water,in which we can find out what Su Shi said of the nature of water as "Composing the Shape According to Thing" and "Gentle outside and Tough inside".It is perfect and unified as it inherents moral character.Su Shi advocated agreeable natural way from the point view of Tough inside;From the point of view of "Gentle outside",he advocated the change that does not change.The combination of the two is the whole meaning of "Composing the Shape According to Thing".
