| 摘 要： | 基于对高校筹资环境和传统筹资渠道的分析,可以得出高校新校区建设共有BOT、资产置换、校舍租赁等新的筹资渠道,有政府扶持型、资本运作型和贷款依赖型三种筹资模式。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing funding environment and the conventional funding channels for colleges and universities, we may find some new funding sources and three funding patterns for the construction of new campuses of colleges and universities. Specifically, the new funding modes are BOT, assets replacement and renting of school buildings, etc. And the three funding patterns are government-supported funding, capital-operation funding and loan-dependant funding. |
