摘    要:隐性知识是高度个体化、难以形式化沟通、难以与他人共享的知识.高校教师在承担着培养人才、科学研究、服务社会三大任务的过程中,积累了大量的隐性知识.从知识管理的角度看,高校教师只有在与他人交流和共享隐性知识时,才能实现自身隐性知识的增值与创新,从而促进教师教学科研水平的提升.为此,从教学与科研两大方面提出促进高校教师隐性知识共享的几点策略,这对我国高校在知识经济时代全面提升教学科研水平具有现实意义.

Abstract:Tacit knowledge is personal and difficult to be understood and shared by other persons. In the process of cultivating talents, scientific research and social service, the college teachers have accumulated lots of tacit knowledge. From the perspective of knowledge management, the college teacher can realize the increment and innovation of their own tacit knowledge only when he communicates and share the tacit knowledge with others, which can improve their work qualities in teaching and researches. Hence, this paper proposes some strategies for promoting college teachers tacit knowledge sharing from teaching and research aspects. These strategies may have realistic significance in upgrading the level of teaching and research qualities of Chinese universities in the age of knowledge-based economy.
