| Abstract: | The education project for cultivating qualified personnel is the lifeline of the age of economic knowledge.As a vital part of the education project,higher schooling must keep pace with times.It must bring forth new ideas,renew its schooling goals.It must innovate educational elements,subject people,the higher academic education shold aim to bring up the highly qualified personnel with extraordinary creative thinking,individual character,pioneering spirit ,selfdependence and flexibility. |
