| 摘 要： | 十八大后，随着党中央“控制党员数量，提高党员质量”精神的传达，作为党员队伍生力军的学生党员的发展数量也在逐渐减少。如何在党员数量减少的前提下发展高质量党员成为高校党建工作的重要挑战。本文主要探讨新形势下学生党员发展工作存在的问题，及针对问题如何创新党员发展机制，从而提高学生党员队伍的整体素质和质量。

| Abstract: | After the 18th Party Congress,the central committee of the party proposes that the party should control the quantity and improve the quality of the members.The recruiting numbers of the student members has reduced.How to recruit the high quality party members under the new circumstances is a challenge for the Party construction work.This paper mainly discusses the problems in recruiting mew student party members,and how to innovate the recruiting mechanism so that we can improve the whole student party members’ quality. |
