| 摘 要： | 21世纪是国际交往、人才交流更为频繁的世纪，在这样的时代背景下，培养复合型英语专业人才成为各高校英语专业的人才培养目标。在复合型英语人才培养模式的探索过程中，国内总结出的培养模式在教学实践中取得了良好效果，但同时也存在不足。国外工科院校经过多年探索实践在复合型人才培养模式方面有着许多成功经验。通过立足自身，借鉴国外成功经验成了探索复合型英语人才培养模式的可行途径。

The exploration on fostering interdisciplinary talents of English majors in local university of technology |

| Abstract: | The 21st century is an era that is characterized with more frequent international and personnel exchanges. Under the certain historical context,fostering interdisciplinary talents of English majors has become the objectives in talent cultivation of each university.In the process of exploring the pattern of fostering interdisciplinary English tal-ents,some patterns summed at home have achieved good executions and meanwhile there exit some inadequacies. Many years of exploration and practice make the University of Technology abroad have many successful experiences in the pattern of fostering interdisciplinary talents.Being based on our own situation and drawing on the successful experiences from foreign countries have been a feasible way on exploring the patterns of fostering interdisciplinary English talents. |
