| Abstract: | The authors maintain that the implementation of the National Program of Moral Construction entails the government of both legal and moral principles, and that ethic studies of the system, of the relationship between system and ethics, and of the significance, functions and mechanism of the system ethics, are of vital value in China's national moral construction. |
