| 摘 要： | 提升高职院校思政课教师的人文素质需要从三方面入手：一是强调责任心,这是教师的灵魂和良心;二是具备文史哲的基本素养,这是教师人文素质的根基;三是进行教学学术的探讨,这是提高教学质量的重要之点。三者之中,责任心是核心。

| Abstract: | Teachers of vocational colleges to enhance the ideological and political quality of the hu-man need for three-pronged approach:First,it emphasizes responsibility,it is the teacher's soul and conscience;the second is with the History and Philosophy of basic literacy,which is the foundation of human quality of teachers;three is the teaching of academic discussion,which is to improve the quali-ty of teaching important point.Of these,a sense of responsibility is the core. |
