| 摘 要： | 采用文献法分析创业者人格研究概况及得失，并尝试揭示创业者人格研究的实践意义。简析心理学视野中人格心理学、职业心理学及管理心理学对创业者人格内涵、特质和相关研究概况，教育学对创业人格内涵、特质及培养的研究。研究结果显示：创业者人格与个人生活史相关联；同时研究的学科及文化视角需要拓展，系统研究需要深化，心理学与教育学的研究在实践层面需要沟通。认为，创业者人格研究有利于当前高校创业教育关注创业者人格培养实现“内生”，有利于高校创业教育超越功利性目的回归育人本质。
