C2C电子商务网站信用评价模型研究

摘    要:回顾C2C电子商务的发展,讨论目前的信任评价系统中存在的问题。在调查研究的基础上,提出一个新的信用评价模型。模型分为两部分:一是信用反馈评价指标体系的设计,反映评价者的主观意愿,其中运用AHP方法确定各指标权重;二是综合考虑对信用评价有重要影响的其他因素,与信用反馈评价指标体系集结成为基于多影响因素的信用评价模型。
