河北省林农合作意愿实证分析

集体林权制度改革将林地使用权和林木所有权下放给林农家庭,诸多学者认为林农家庭经营的模式与市场化之间的矛盾需要通过林农之间的合作来予以化解,笔者对河北省部分林农样本农户的合作意愿进行了实地调研,在检验问卷信度的基础上,以林地规模和林业收入比重为标准将林农样本农户聚类为大户和小户两类,并分别对其合作意愿进行logistic回归分析,发现各影响因素对大户和小户产生影响的方向或程度有所不同,在推动林业合作组织建设过程中应将大户和小户区别对待。

An Empirical Study of Forest Farmers' Willingness to Cooperate in Hebei Province

The rights to own and use forest land have been given to forest farmers through the collective forest tenure reform.Many scholars believe the cooperation between forest farmers can resolve the contradiction between the business mode of forestry family and the development trend of market.In this study,a field research was carried out about forest farmers＇ willingness to cooperate in Hebei Province.Based on the examination of the questionnaire reliability,it divided forest farmers into large family and small family according to the proportion of forest land scale and forest revenue. Through logistic regression analysis,it is found that influential factors exert different impact on large family and small family.In conclusion,in promoting the establishment of forestry cooperate organization,large family and small family should be dealt with respectively.
