| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the financial management, economize fund cost and promote efficiency of investment, in universities the following measures are required to be taken: steeing up management methods of credit funds with the guidance of fund utilization principle, establishing management mechanism, and carrying on grading management for precaution against financial risk, etc. |
