| 摘 要： | 在全面推进素质教育的今天 ,中师物理教学应从以下几个方面实施素质教育 :教师要提高自身各方面素质 ,特别是要通过教师的感染力去影响学生的思想和言行 ;教学要面向全体学生 ,通过第二课堂等形式使学生的个性得到充分发展 ;培养学生理论与实际相结合的能力 ,促使学生的知识向能力转化 ;运用启发式教学 ,培养学生的思维能力 ;培养学生的自学能力 ;改革考试方法和命题方向 ,综合评介学生的学习成绩 ,促使学生注重素质的提高。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the quality education, the teachers should carry out the following things in physics teaching of the secondary normal school:1.Improve the teacher's own qualities to affect the students though their own personality;2.Develop the students' character through after-class activities;3.Cultivate the students' ability to combine the theory with practice so as to turn their knowledge into capability;4.Develop the students' thinking ability through inspiring teaching methods;5.Develop the students' self-teaching ability;6.Reform the examination model in order to encourage the students to pay more attention to the improvement of their quality. |
