| Abstract: | A method is given to design and produce diffractive optical elements with computer. First,the phase distribution of the desired diffractive optical element are computed out with the Y-G algorithm, and turn the phase distribution into a gray distribution, then make it into a microfilm, finally, we can make a large quantity of diffractive optical elememts with the microfilm. |
