| Abstract: | Need is a common psychological phenomenon in human society. Researchers find that the starting point and basis of motivation is the need-to-be-satisfied need. Need generates motivation while motivation urges a person to take actions. Our responsibility and duty is to master the need motivation theory and understand the characteristics of the teaching staff's needs in the new time so as to apply the theory in school management. |
