| 摘 要： | 据统计 ,在世界 50 0强企业里 ,高达 94 %的企业实施多元化经营。如何看待国际大企业的多元化经营呢 ?本文通过理论分析指出多元化经营并不能有效地降低经营风险 ,并揭示了大企业多元化经营的低效益 ,进而对国际大企业多元化经营的动机以及多元化得以流行的原因进行了剖析 ,最后指出 ,随着全球生产能力进一步过剩 ,市场竞争日益激烈 ,将会有越来越多的大企业回归到专业化经营的道路上来

| Abstract: | How to look upon the phenominon that 94% of "the Global 500" take diversified operation? This article theorizied and points out that diversification can not reduce operational risks effectively and reveals the low-profits of diversification.Furthermore,it dissects the motives of diversification of international enterprises and the main causes which lead to the prevalence of diversification. Finally,the article holds that more and more enterprises will come back to the way of specialization in company with the overproduction and the keen competition in world market. |
