基础教育课程缺失问题浅析

摘    要:课程缺失有育人目标定位模糊、课程结构不当、教师选择加工遗漏及学生认同编码遗漏等表现形式 ;其原因在于课程价值观念错误、行政督导无力、实施过程无序、教育技术技巧落后等 ;其特点呈现为客观性、渠道多样性及部分可控性。治理课程缺失对策应是强化课程立法 ,整肃行管规程 ,加速课程改革 ,完善考评制度等

Abstract:Incomplete curriculum has some forms of expression,such as abscure orientation of cultivating stuelents' ability,improper strccture of curriculum,omission of teachers' selecting and processing,omission of stuelents' cognitive coding,etc.Ite reasons lie in mistaken values of curriculum,weak administrative supervision,random practice,backward techniques and skills of education,etc.Its main characteristics include objectivity,various channels and partial control.The countermeasures against incomplete curriculum are to strengthen the curriculum's legislation,enforce administrative regulations,speed the curriculum's reform,perfect the system of examination and evaluation,etc.
