| 摘 要： | 进入 90年代 ,中国与东盟国家和东盟组织间已分别建立了外交当局双边定期磋商制度和高级官员磋商制度。中国与东盟的关系发展到全面友好合作的新时期经历了三个阶段 :(1)从 6 0年代到 70年代前半期 ,中国与东盟组织没有建立直接联系 ,与东盟国家基本处于冷战状态。 (2 ) 70年代中期到 80年代 ,中国与东盟国家的关系有较大发展。 (3) 90年代 ,中国与东盟关系进入全面友好合作的最好时期

| Abstract: | Entering nineties,China and ASEAN countries and ASEAN organizations have established separately diplomatic bilateral regular disscussion system and senior officials disscussion system. China and ASEAN relationship has experienced three steps in developing friendly cooperation new era:(1)From 1960's to the early 1970's,China and ASEAN organizations have not established direct onnections.They were in cold war status;(2)from middle 1970's to 1980's,China and ASEAN countries' relationship had developed progressively;(3)In 1990's,China and ASEAN relationship had entered to the best ear of comprehensive friendly cooperation. |
