| Abstract: | It is one of the most important projects in higher education to set up the new quality education ideas and to put the quality education into the professional teaching in the science and technology universities .we should pay more attention to developing the student's non-intelligence factors from textbook and the reform of teaching methods.It is also essential for our country to promote the competition and for the great stratagem of technology and education revitalization. |
