| Abstract: | This century characterizes the rapid development of science and technology marked by information technology and the speedy transformation from the achievements of high technology into productivity . It requires that the moving mechanism of higher education adapt this situation. This paper exemplifies electrostatics, puts forward a reform plan of colleges specialized basic curriculum system, introduces the enforcement of the educational reform of electrostatics in HIAST whose effect is obvious and worthy of being popularized. |
