| 摘 要： | 供应商管理库存在电子制造、汽车等离散型行业已经有了广泛的应用,但在化工等流程型行业研究和应用较少。本文以某腈纶制造A公司为研究对象,对该公司实施VMI进行了比较深入的探讨,对流程型行业实施VMI有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI )has been applied widely in some discrete manufacturing industries such as Auto industry, electronic industry, etc. But VMI is seldom applied and researched in process manufacturing industries such as chemical industry. This paper takes an Acrylic Fiber plant for example to discuss how to perform VMI. Furthermore, a scheme of VMI is presented in this paper, and we hope it is helpful for process manufacturing industry. |
