摘    要:强化人才人事公共服务是全面建设小康社会背景下各级人事部门面临的一项重要任务。构建人才人事公共服务体系,必须强化公共服务意识,明确公共服务努力方向,完善公共服务各项机制,不断满足广大人民群众日益增长的人才人事公共服务需求,为实现人的全面发展和社会的全面进步作贡献。

Abstract:Improving the public service in human-resource management is an important task of the government personnel department in the project of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To establish a public service system for human-resource management, it is necessary to intensify the awareness of public service, identify its orientation and improve its various mechanisms, so as to meet the increasing demands for public service in human-resource management and facilitate the all-round human development and social progress.
