| 摘 要： | 刑事被害人诉讼权利保障问题越来越为人们所重视。对被害人诉讼权利的保护是刑事诉讼中保障人权的重要方面,而在我国刑事公诉案件中被害人的权益至今仍被强大的国家公诉权所掩盖,没有受到应有的重视。本文就刑事被害人诉讼地位及权利保护问题进行初步探讨,提出完善我国刑事被害人权利保护机制的若干构想。
