| 摘 要： | 知识管理是指以知识为中心和有意识地改变、创造、分配和储存知识的每一种实践活动。作为一个策略性工具,知识管理能帮助各种组织处理和利用员工的技术和信息,从而建立公司的堡垒以迎接市场的挑战。知识管理实践的目标就是当需要时,把适当的知识引入到适当的地方并使其发挥作用。不同的知识管理模型又有其独特的理念与工具,应根据组织的现有条件和文化背景灵活应用。

| Abstract: | The paper is a review on the new progress in knowledge management research. By discriminating knowledge management and intellectual capital management. as well as the two schools of knowledge management, the author tries to explore the essence of knowledge management. As a practical purpose ior the knowledge management in China, an introduction and evaluation of three notable knowledge management models are included, which are Stahle and Gronroos' Dynamic Intellectual Capital, Nonaka & Takeuchi's knowledge creation spiral and Engeslrom's expansive learning model. Some implications are discussed. |
