| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社作为新型的农民专业合作组织在我国农村蓬勃发展,为农业和农村经济的发展注入了新的活力,加快了建设社会主义新农村的步伐。但相当一部分还存在制度不健全、管理不规范、活动不正常、作用不明显的状况,为此在忻州市各类农民专业合作组织调查的基础上,对农民专业合作社的发展提供一些建议。

| Abstract: | Farmers' specialized cooperatives,as newly-typed organizations,develop vigorously in our country,which pour into new energy for the country's economic development and quicken the pace of the construction of the new countryside.But there still exist the unfavorable situations,where rules are not perfect,arrangements(are) not regular,activities(are) not correct and functions(are) not clear.Based on the investigation into varieties of Farmers' specialized cooperatives in XinZhou,We put forward some reasonable suggestions that can provide certain scientific basis for the development of Farmers' specialized cooperatives. |
