On the Development of the Contemporary Non-Public Ownership Economy in China in the Frame of Reference of "Eliminating Private Ownership

The phenomenal rise of non-public ownership economy is not the denial of the idea of "eliminating the private ownership" by Marx and Engels but concrete manifestation and development of the idea in the specific historical stage and under the specific historical circumstances. Its development follows the same logic of "eliminating the private ownership" expounded by Marx and Engels. Examining the historical process of non-public economy is beneficial to our keeping the basic economic system in which "public ownership is dominant and diverse forms of ownership develop side by side," and to deepening the reform of the economic system.
