论服务型政府建设中的若干误区

近几年来,“服务型政府”受到我国学术界和政府管理者的普遍关注,各级地方政府都在积极进行服务型政府建设的探索与创新,并取得了初步成效。然而由于理论的不成熟及现实诸多因素的影响,各地方在建设“服务型政府”的过程中存在诸多方面的误区。因此,建设服务型政府必须加强政府体制改革及职能转化,创新发展思路,不断克服各种误区,努力提高自身服务能力,真正做到为民服务。

The Wrong-goings in Constructing the Public-services-oriented Government

In recent years,the service-government construction has become an important task of different leveled governments in China.The governments are trying their best to explore the new ways to create a service-oriented government.Although some effects have been achieved,the service-oriented government construction is still baffled by immature theory and many circumstances.To build a service government,the government system must be reformed,its functions transformed,and the developmental way innovated;we have to get out of different kinds of misunderstandings to improve the service capability of governments.
