| 摘 要： | 在以政府主导的城市化进程的村社转型中,武汉市Z镇出现资源匮乏、结构重组、职能转变和正式组织威信降低的组织困境。为此探求在资源配套、结构优化、职能定位、正式权威的重建与非正式权威的适度作用方面的解决途径,以实现村社组织顺利转型。

| Abstract: | In the transformation of rural communities in the process of urbanization under the guidance of the government, the Z town of Wuhan City meets with organization problems as shortage of resources, reconstruction, function transformation, and decreasing authority of the formal organization. The paper is to search for the ways to solve problems by resource supporting, structure optimizing, function reorganizing and the formal authority reconstructing in accordance with the proper function of the informal authority, so as to realize the smooth transformation of the rural communities. |
