31例胸内结节病的影像学分析

目的 :探讨胸内结节病的平片与CT影像特征及临床诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 31例结节病的影像学特征并随访其激素治疗后影像学表现。结果 :肺门淋巴结增大 ,CT显示 2 6例 ,平片显示 2 2例 ;纵隔淋巴结增大 ,CT显示 2 8例 ,平片显示 1l例 ;肺内病灶呈多形性表现 ,无特异性 ,以CT敏感度高 ;胸膜病变较少见。 3年随访发现 2 5例治疗有效 ,8例有反复。结论 :淋巴结增大是本病的主要影像学表现。X线结合CT检查在诊断胸内结节病、判断活动期、评价激素治疗效果方面 ,具有一定的临床价值。

Analysis of the Features of Chest X-ray and CT of Scarcoidosis in Breast

Objective:To study the features of X-ray and CT apparence of scarcoidosis in breast and discuss their diagnostic values.Methods:The chest X-ray and CT appearance of 31 cases were analyzed retrospectively. The follow-up on these cases were performed after adrenal cortical hormone treatment and studied using the same methods.Results: By CT scan,we found 26 cases with lymph node enlargement on flitateral hili and 28 cases with lymph node enlargement in mediastinur while the images of chest X-ray shew 22 cases and 11 cases respectively.The appearance in the pulmonary very greatly,without obvious characters.CT is the most sensitive measure to demonstrate these abnormalities.3 years later ,the enlarged lymph node have shrinked or disappeared in 25 cases,while the treatment haven't worked in 8 cases. Conclusion:Lymph node enlargement is the main feature of sarcoidosis in medical imaging and chest X-ray combined with CT is an effective method to diagnose it and evaluate the curative effect of adrenal cortical hormone treatment.
