| Abstract: | In this paper, it is presented that in the economic globalization, China's universities should shoulder three responsibility as the followings: first, facing the world, rejuvenating the national culture, and resisting the aggression of culture; second, facing future, cultivating new qualified personnel, and promoting the rapid development of our country; third, facing modernization, building the strong system of scientific and technical innovation. |
