| 摘 要： | 针对企业创新模式选择的问题,采用文献归纳法,分析了企业的吸纳能力的演进特点及其对创新的作用机理,从知识创新的视角,描述了与企业成长各阶段吸纳能力相适应的创新模式,得出企业创新模式演进与吸纳能力演进呈并行关系的结论。研究结果对促进企业创新有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In view of choices of enterprise innovation modes,analyses were made of the evolution characteristics of absorptive capacity and its action mechanism for innovation based on literature induction.From the perspective of knowledge creation,an innovative mode is described which adapts to the absorptive capacity in different periods of enterprise development.The conclusion indicates that the evolution of enterprise innovation mode is parallel with that of absorptive capacity.The research results offer guidance for the promotion of enterprise innovation. |
