| Abstract: | In this paper, such differences have led directly to legislation of our government in the wrong food and the inability, for which developed countries should learn from practical experience, combined with China＇s national conditions, improve our food recall system to form a consumer protection and safeguarding security and stability in the market, increase sales of producers and food quality and responsibility of the government food regulatory functions of the legal system. |
