| Abstract: | With their own interests in mind,enterprisers in the late Qing Dynasty required that the government should play a guiding role through providing enough room for enterprises' development and delimiting reasonably the economic interest between the government and the enterprises.They attached much importance to the long-term goal and the long-term benefit of their enterprises. |
