| Abstract: | As a specific concept in the history of Chinese culture, the theory of justice in the Song and Ming Dynasties means a specific philosophical idea. There was a essential conversion in the course of the evolution of the theory. The author reviews the conversion from "uphold justice, annihilate desire"to "justice is desire" and discusses the rationality and the significance of the conversion. |
