| 摘 要： | 秃疮花[Dicranostigma Leptopodum(Maxim.)Fedde,DLF]为罂粟科秃疮花属二年生或多年生草本植物,在甘肃省秦岭地区、渭水流域分布广泛。秃疮花生物碱主要为:异紫堇碱、原阿片碱、紫堇碱、异紫堇啡碱、木兰碱。具有抗菌、抑菌、抗溶血和改善微循环、对中枢和平滑肌有抑制、提高机体免疫力等作用,对心肌细胞和小鼠肝损伤有保护作用等,其药用价值有广阔的开发和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Dicranostigma leptopodum(Maxim.) Fedde(DLF),a herbaceous of biennial or perennial papaveraceae Dicranostigma plant,distributes widely at Qin ling area and Wei shui valley in Gansu province.DLF's alkaloids,including Isocorydine,Protopine,Corydine,D-Isocorydine and Magnoflorine,have such following functions as anti-bacterium,anti-microbial,anti-hematolysis,improving the micro-circulation,inhibiting CNS and smooth muscle and enhancing immunity.DLF's alkaloids also can recovery injury of cardiac cell and liver ... |
