论福泽谕吉的技术观

近代技术体系不仅要求人们认识、遵循它的自然属性,更要求人们认识、遵循它的社会属性。福泽谕吉在继承日本幕府末期佐久间象山"东洋道德、西洋艺术"思想的基础上提出的"脱亚入欧"的技术观呈现了技术的如下的社会属性:技术本质的理性主义和实证主义倾向;技术伦理的功利主义和怀疑主义倾向;技术与社会关系上的技术多维主义倾向。日本在引进西方技术时,不仅吸收近代技术的自然属性,也接纳近代技术的社会属性,故能在制度上、体制上吸收近代技术的精华,这成为日本实现近代化的重要原因。
