非形式逻辑和人工智能

近年来,非形式逻辑学家和人工智能专家开展了颇有成效的合作。非形式逻辑的一些概念和方法渗透到人工智能特别是“人工智能和法律”的研究领域。一系列范畴和分析工具,如论证概念、论证型式、可废止论证、对话类型、相干性、对话中的承诺等,既从非形式逻辑领域传输到人工智能研究中,又在人工智能研究中得到深化。非形式逻辑启发了人工智能研究的新思路和新方向,而人工智能研究开发了非形式逻辑的巨大潜能。

Informal Logic and Artificial Intelligence

In recent years,informal logicians and researchers of artificial intelligence did very fruitful cooperation.Some concepts and methods of informal logic permeate through artificial intelligence,especially in field of the study of "artificial intelligence and law".A series of concepts and analysis tools,such as concept of argument,argument schemes,defeasible argument,types of dialogue,relevance and commitment in dialogue and so on,are not only transferred from the field of informal logic into artificial intelligence research,but deepened in artificial intelligence.Informal logic has inspired the new ideas and directions of the research of artificial Intelligence,while the artificial intelligence research has exploited the great potentials of informal logic.
