| 摘 要： | 医院文化建设从一定意义上说,是医疗体制改革中医院核心竞争力的重要组成部分。当前,医院文化建设同改革形势相比相对滞后,文化构建也不尽合理。需要从疏导问题入手,培植自己的特色品牌,加强物质文化建设,打造医院文化的强势。

| Abstract: | Cultural establishment of hospitals is an important part of hospitals'competitiveness in medical system reforms to some degree.At present, compared with the reforming situation,cultural establishment is comparatively falling behind and cultural construction is unreasonable,either.We should begin with solving problems,develop our own brand,strengthen the establishment of material culture and make use of the advan-tages of hospitals. |
