摘    要:干部教育培训是提高干部素质的重要基础工作。以新时期新形势对高等学校高素质干部队伍的迫切需要为切入点,分析了当前高等学校干部教育培训工作存在的“工学矛盾”突出、形式单一、认识不到位与实效性不强等现实问题。结合高等学校实际,提出了构建高等学校干部教育培训工作机制的基本要求,强调了做好高等学校干部教育培训要坚持“四个结合”,并将提高高等学校管理水平和加强干部能力建设为重点,切实增强干部教育培训工作的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:The education/training is of basic importance to the competence of university/college administrators,to whom the urgent requirements for high-quality administrators in the new period should be the key point.Analyzes the main problems in current education/training,such as the distinct time contradiction between working and training,monotonous forms,improper understanding and impragmatic effects.Combining them with the realities of the institutions of higher learning,some basic requirements are proposed to set up an operation mechanism for the education/training of administrators,with the Four Combinations emphasized to upgrade the administration level and enhance the competence of administrators,thus actually improving the pertinence and effect of the education/training.
