| 摘 要： | 现代农业的发展极大地满足了人类生存和发展的需要,但由于人们对农业的性质和功能存在认识误区和实践偏差,从而在一定程度上影响了农业功能的发挥。农业本身是一个由若干子系统组成的有机体系,同时又是自然生态系统、经济系统和社会系统不可或缺的有机组成部分。农业除了具有周期性、季节性和地域性的自然属性以及外部经济效应之外,还具有将经济功能、生态功能、社会功能等有机整合的综合多功能性以及农业的公共产品性和外部效应性。
