| 摘 要： | 邓小平认为，在社会主义现代化建设中干部已成为决定性的因素。邓小平关于干部教育和培养的有关论述中，干部政治人格的塑造是一个重要方面。树立坚定的共产主义理想信念是干部政治人格塑造的方向和动力，解放思想是干部政治人格塑造的思想基础，批评帮助是干部政治人格塑造的主要方法，理论联系实际是干部政治人格塑造的主要途径，健全的干部制度是干部政治人格塑造的制度保障。
