中国北方农牧交错带经济发展模式探讨——多伦县防治沙漠化和发展农牧区经济调查

客观考察中国北方地区荒漠化的成因和发展过程,对于防治沙漠化和发展农牧区经济具有十分重要的意义.虽然近几年中央和地方政府加大了退耕还林、还草的力度,进行农业结构调整,但许多做法仍不够科学合理.中国北方农牧交错带种养业发展模式应定位为在干旱地区以种植优质高产人工饲草为主,以种植优质高产玉米青贮饲料为辅;在半干旱及部分半湿润地区以种植优质高产玉米青贮饲料为主,以种植优质高产人工饲草为辅.以稳定的农牧系统为特征,形成具有奶牛养殖和家畜育肥及畜产品深加工能力的集约化畜牧业生产基地.

On the Model of Economy Development in the Agro-pastoral Ecotone in the North Part of China--Research on Preventing & Controlling ring Desertification and Developing the Economy of Farming and Pastoral Areas in Duolun County

To investigate objectively the causes and development of desertification in the north part of China is very important and essential for the prevention and control of desert erosion and economic development in rural and pastoral areas.Though the central and local government strengthen the effort to return tilled land to forestry and grassland, many approaches are still not scientific. It is suggested that the northern rural and pastoral ecotone should be planed as followings: on planting high grade and high yield grass and corn fodder, we should give priority to the former in the arid region and to the latter in the semiarid and some semihumid regions. It will become, in the characteristic of steady agriculture and animal husbandry area, intensive productive base for cow breeding, livestock fattening and livestock products processing.
