蓝猪耳叶片高频率再生体系的建立

摘    要:以蓝猪耳(Torenia fournieri Linden)叶片为外植体,研究多种因素对蓝猪耳不定芽诱导及不定根形成的影响,并进行了条件优化,建立了蓝猪耳叶片高频率离体再生体系.结果表明:芽诱导与基本培养基成分关系不大,而与植物生长物质的浓度和种类有关,其中以MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L状态最佳;不定根形成受到植物生长物质和培养基中离子浓度的共同影响,最佳生根条件为1/2 MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L.

Abstract:In order to establish a high frequency regeneration system from leaf in Torenia fournieri Linden,some conditions about shooting and rooting had been compared.The highest shoots differentiation was obtained on the MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L.The results showed that regeneration of adventitious roots was controlled by hormones and salt concentration,and 1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L was the optimum rooting medium.
