| 摘 要： | 跨文化交际活动中，交际参与者由于文化背景不同，会出现交际障碍和冲突，笔者对不同文化在哲学价值观、行为规范和思维模式方面的差异进行了分析，认为正是这些差异引起了跨文化交际的冲突，同时提出了自己对减少跨文化交际冲突的见解。

| Abstract: | As it is, there are obstacles and conflicts in intercultural communication owing to the different cultural backgrounds of the participators. After analyzing the differences in people's philosophical viewpoints of value, behavior criteria, thinking patterns of different cultures, the paper puts forward some measures to reduce those conflicts. |
