沈阳资本主义工业社会主义改造的回顾与思考

建国初,沈阳资本主义工业经过4年的恢复与发展,形成一定规模,在地方工业经济中具有不可忽视的地位作用。其固有的分散落后性决定了它对国营经济的高度依赖性。有计划地把资本主义工业引导上国家资本主义道路,是国家经济发展的必然要求,也是资本主义工业自身持续发展的必然趋势。对资本主义工业的社会主义改造,前3年是健康有序的,最后一年出现过急过快的问题,究其原因,有理论认识上的偏差,也有对国情分析上的失误。

Retrospection and Reflection on the Socialist Transformation of Capitalist Industry in Shenyang

On the founding of the state,the capitalist industry in Shenyang,through recovery and development for 4 years,formed a significant scale and possessed an important position and function in local industrial economy.With the inherent nature that was scattered and backward,it was highly dependent on national economy.Leading the capitalist industry to the national capitalist road step by step is not only the only feasible way in which capitalist industry could keep itself developing but also a requirement for the national economical development.In the process of bringing about the socialist transformation of capitalist industry,it was healthy and in order in the first 3 years,while in the last year there appeared some problems such as wanting to accomplish it too anxiously.The reason for the phenomenon,on the one hand,the deviation in recognizing the theory,on the other hand is the faulty conclusion in analyzing the national situations at that time.
