略论我国法律体系建构中的立法完善问题

通过法律体系的构建与完善,使社会生活受到完备的法律规制,才能实现依法治国的方略。其中,最主要应在社会主义市场经济的运行、公民权利的保障和行政权力的制约方面加大立法力度。同时,通过专业化的法律创制,更好地体现出法律的公平性、技术完备性和科学性,并建立起相应的运行机制,才能促进有中国特色的社会主义法律体系的完善,从而为市场经济主体的经营活动、公民的行为与政府及其工作人员的行政行为提供完备有效的法律规范。

Discussing Briefly the Problem of Perfecting Legislation in Establishing Law System

By establishing and perfecting law system,social living is regulated by perfecting law,which can achieve the programme of managing state by law.We should primarily strengthen the legislation in terms of running socialist economy,ensure civil rights and restrict administration.By making special law,fair and perfect technique and science of law can be better embodied,and by establishing relevant running mechanism,we can promote the perfect of socialist law system with Chinese characteristics,which can offer perfect effective law standards for management action of market economy,action of citizen and government functionaries.
