| 摘 要： | 福建省出现的较为严重的出生性别比失衡现象是多种因素综合作用的结果。由于传统文化、现实生产力和社会保障制度的长期性，因此，只有采取行政的、法制的手段，加大对非法胎儿性别鉴定、非法终止妊娠行为的打击力度，才可能在短时期内降低福建省出生人口性别比偏高的现状。

| Abstract: | The serious imbalance in the sex ratio at birth in Fujian Province was caused by many factors. Due to socio-economic, cultural and political influence,only by adopting serious both administrative and legal methods to prevent fetal gender identification and illegal termination of pregnancy through can we change the unbalance of birth population sex ratio in Fujian in short time. |
